Free Consultation - Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What is a free consultation?
Answer: A free consultation is an important one-on-one meeting - 10 to 15 minutes - with a therapist to discuss your unique situation. The therapist will get some history from you. A therapist is an expert in the human body. They are skilled at determining the underlying cause of the pain or issue. If they feel that therapy would be helpful, a report is sent to your primary care physician to explain their findings and request a prescription for therapy.
Question: Is it really free?
Answer: Yes... it is! No insurance is required - all we have to do is schedule it at a convenient time. We are here Monday - Thursday from 7 am - 7 pm, Fridays 7 am - 5 pm, and Saturdays 8 am - 12 noon.
Question: What if the therapist feels that therapy is not appropriate for me at this time?
Answer: The therapist may give you some gentle exercises to try at home or refer you back to your primary care physician for guidance in determining the next step in resolving your issue.
