Clinical Staff Expansion

Chautauqua Physical & Occupational Therapy is pleased to announce the expansion of the clinical team with the addition of these four new therapists.

Joseph Armeli
Dr. Joseph Armeli, PT, DPT is a talented doctor of physical therapy. Dr. Armeli is a graduate of Ithaca College in the Physical Therapy Doctorate Program. Dr. Armeli appreciates the rewards of helping patients meet their goals to live a better life. He enjoys exercise, watching his favorite team - The Buffalo Bills - and spending time with my friends and family.
Lauren Blanco
Dr. Lauren Blanco, PT, DPT is a skilled doctor of physical therapy. Dr. Blanco is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in the Physical Therapy Doctorate Program. Dr. Blanco is eager to assist patients with reaching their goals and being able to return to the things they appreciate doing. She enjoys running half marathons, hiking, playing disc golf, and spending time with my family and fiancé.
Morgan Monahan
Ms. Morgan Monahan, OTR/L has joined the practice as a gifted occupational therapist. Ms. Monahan is a 2017 graduate of Nazareth College with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. A Warsaw, NY native, she is happy to be in the Chautauqua County area. Ms. Monahan states that she loves getting to work with new people every day while helping them reach their goals and regain their functional independence. In her free time, Ms. Monahan enjoys taking her basset hound Olli for walks with her fiancé, family activities and snowmobiling.
Tania Stein
Ms. Tania Stein, MS, CCC-SLP, is an accomplished Speech Language Pathologist. Ms. Stein is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master's in Communication Disorders. She treats young children in their homes through the Chautauqua County Early Intervention Program. She is passionate about helping families communicate with their children, building rapport and making a difference in people's lives. Ms. Stein is married with a young son and a dog named Patti.

With the addition of these talented therapists, the staff increases to 30 clinical and administrative combined. Dr. Patrick E. Green, PT, DPT, MS. Cert. MDT and Ms. Susan Green, OTR/L, Pediatric Occupational Therapist are the founders of the practice which began in 1996. Dr. Eugenie Poignard, PT, DPT, Clinical Director and Ms. Julie Luce, MS, CCC-SLP/L are partners. Earlier this year, the practice expanded with a second location in the Mayville Professional Building.
